Grown at elevations of 1,500–1,750 metres, the predominantly Castillo beans are wet-processed and sun-dried before being roasted by Fifth Wave Speciality Coffee Roasters. Each bag contains either whole beans, ready to grind or pre ground coffee to suit your preferred brewing method.
