Delivery

UK orders

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class Postage or similar (Delivery 3-5 days from dispatch) = FREE
  • Royal Mail 1st Class Postage or similar (Delivery 2-3 days from dispatch) = £2.99
  • UK 48Hr Tracked - Royal Mail or similar (Delivery in 48hrs from dispatch) = £5.50

European orders

All orders to the EU will be subject to customs tax,  plus a handling charge before the item is released for delivery

  • European Standard (Delivery 3-5 days from Dispatch) = £3.40
  • European Tracked (Delivery 3-5 days from Dispatch) = £5.50

Most orders will be delivered to Europe in 1 week from dispatch.

Rest of the World orders

  • Rest of the World untracked (Delivery 6-7 days from Dispatch) = £6.95
  • Rest of the World tracked (Delivery 6-7 days from Dispatch) = £9.99

Most orders will be delivered to Rest of the World destinations around 1-2 weeks from dispatch

We are a UK based business and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any import tax that is due on items ordered.

Delays

We always dispatch our items in a timely manner and keep you up to date with your orders progress by sending you an email notification upon dispatch. Occasionally orders will get delayed in transit. Please understand that Eaton Worx cannot be responsible for delays that are caused by the delivery service in your country of residence. We will always try our best to meet any 'previously agreed delivery date'. Again we cannot be held accountable for any losses or expenses incurred by the buyer if an item is received late due to delivery delays beyond our control.

Dispatch address 

Please supply us with your current and correct delivery address at checkout to avoid any problems/delays with your items. If your item is returned to us due to non receipt then we will charge an additional postage fee to resend it.

Missing/Undelivered items policy

Sometimes mail gets lost or delayed though this is rare. In this instance: 

UK CUSTOMERS - If UK items have not arrived by 3 weeks (Excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays) of the dispatch date then please let us know and we will be happy to assist. 

EU ORDERS - Please allow 4 weeks for delivery (Excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays) of the dispatch date then please let us know and we will be happy to assist. 

USA/REST OF WORLD ORDERS - Please allow 4 weeks for delivery (Excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays) of the dispatch date then please let us know and we will be happy to assist. 

We are unable to refund or exchange items before these time scales have elapsed.

Item not received claims made after 8 weeks from dispatch cannot be considered. We deem 8 weeks ample for you to contact us to make us aware that the order has not been received.

For both UK and overseas customers is advisable to check with neighbours and your local mail sorting office to see if they are holding the item for you. If your item is returned to us due to non receipt then we will charge an additional postage fee to resend it.

Refunds and Exchanges

1) We can refund and exchange unused items if you change your mind as long as we receive them back unused and in the original packaging.

  • Please contact us within 6 weeks of ordering to start a return or exchange. Refunds/exchanges or 'item not received' claims will not be accepted after this time.
  • The 'Buyer' is responsible for paying the return postage costs. Please retain a Proof of Postage receipt from your postage provider, as you are responsible for making a claim in the event of the item being lost when being returned to us.
  • Your return must be accompanied by a message left inside the parcel, fully stating your order details and reason for return. 
  • Once your item is received back we will refund your original payment less the original postage fee or process your exchange and contact you for  a re-posting fee if applicable. 
  • If your item is returned to us due to 'non receipt/or non collection' then we will need to charge an additional postage fee to resend it. 
  • Please ensure your address details are up to date and correct at the time of ordering.

2) In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged please let us know as soon as possible. We may require more supporting information/evidence. 

3) We cannot offer a refund on custom made/designed stencils unless deemed faulty or damaged as they are bespoke designs that are specially made to order.
