Sacred Geometry Merkaba Stencil - Reusable - 7.5 MIL (190 Micron) Thick Mylar
The sacred Merkaba symbol is a geometric pattern that represents body, spirit, and light. Traditionally, it is an arrangement of two pyramid-shaped tetrahedrons that are arranged in overlapping and pointing in opposing directions. However, we have added a little more spunk to this original design in our fabulous Sacred Geometry Merkaba stencil, giving it some extra depth and texture. This design includes multiple pyramid, triangle, and hexagonal shapes in an intricate pattern that will be a visual wonder to behold, no matter where you paint it. Paint it large on a wall in your home and it will make a great conversation piece. Create stencil art you can give as a gift or sell. Make t-shirts and aprons. Paint it on the window of an art supply store or on the side of a vase. It will look amazing anywhere, as does our Sacred Geometry Metatron stencil. Of course, this might make it difficult to decide where you want to paint this design. You have so many options. Just be sure you get the right paint for the medium and choose some amazing colors that will set this design on fire. And be sure to order the correct stencil size from our range of sizes, which is as follows: 6” x 6” 8” x 8” 12” x 12” 15” x 15” 20” x 20” 25” x 25” 30” x 30” 35” x 35” When all is said and done, painting is a piece of cake. Secure the stencil and spray, roll, or brush the paint on. The resulting image will look truly spectacular and will really light up the space it's in. And you will light up when you see how easy cleanup is. Wash the stencil in warm water and soap and you can store it away or pass it on to someone else who wants some geometric harmony in their own life.
Here are some advantages of using Mylar stencil material:
- FLEXIBLE: Mylar can wrap around cylinders and uneven or irregular surfaces, and can be rolled for shipping and storage.
- EASY TO CLEAN: Our Mylar is solvent proof, so cleaning up paint or ink is quick and simple.
- REUSABLE: Our stencils are built to withstand normal painting wear and tear, and keeping your stencil template clean is the best way to ensure a longer life.
- DURABLE: Mylar sheets are reputably the strongest type of stencil material, and maintains durability without compromising the pliable structure.

WHY DO WE RECOMMEND MYLAR?
As mentioned before, the best way to achieve a perfectly painted stencil with a very nice paint edge is to use a stencil material that is as thin as possible for your project. At the same time, you also want a material that wont absorb paint or any liquid because this will cause the stencil to deteriorate. A stencil made from paper, cardstock or paperboard will become saturated with paint or ink rather quickly, and this causes a crusty, uneven edge that can never be removed.
Another option for stencils, and one that quickly comes to mind when we discuss durability, is metal stencils. While these thick, unbendable stencils do have their place for some industrial applications where paint overspray and running doesnt quite matter as much, they can be very expensive and heavy to ship.
There are some other plastics that are used for stencil manufacturing, but these are typically cut with a die cutter so there is a limited amount of detail that can be achieved. And because this older, traditional process takes so much work and expense to set up for each stencil design, the minimum are often in the 1000s.
